Jabari Washington (Mr. TUF) founded TUF Club in 2017 with the goal of improving our clients’ quality of life through individually tuned training and fitness protocols. We have developed a series of programs and products that give people a chance to accomplish their fitness goals and dreams with a variety of collaborative and coaching elements. Anyone who’s made a commitment to improving their health or strength knows that it’s not only about having access to top notch equipment and the latest science or opinions on best practice (we certainly have that too). It is more often about keeping yourself accountable and making sure that you don’t plateau any faster than your body’s maximum ability. That’s where TUF Club excels.
Since 2017, we have produced results for our clients; we’ve even surprised a few of them with what those results could be.
