Our certified personal trainers take your fitness planning seriously. We analyze your body type, BMI, and metabolism, to properly plug you into your ideal fitness plan. Our online programming is the result of collaborative work among our expert trainers, representing literally 1000s of hours of experience.

Our TUF Club adaptive training specialist, Wes Hamilton, helps his clients achieve at their highest potential. Many folks sometimes require specialized programming in order to maximize their workouts. Wes knows how to work with a variety of needs in order to arrive at a tuned training program for any individual.

Jabari Washington (Mr. TUF) founded TUF Club in 2017 with the goal of improving our clients’ quality of life through individually tuned training and fitness protocols. We have developed a series of programs and products that give people a chance to accomplish their fitness goals and dreams with a variety of collaborative coaching elements. Anyone who’s made a commitment to improving their health or strength knows that it’s not only about having access to top notch equipment and the latest science or opinions on best practice (we certainly have that too). It’s more often about keeping yourself accountable and making sure that you don’t plateau any faster than your body’s maximum ability. That’s where TUF Club excels.
